1. Website use

Use this website lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us or booking. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious material or impersonate another person. If you book for someone else, obtain their permission to provide their information.

2. Appointments and cancellations

Visits are by appointment. Our booking link takes you to Square to review available services, prices, times and booking conditions before confirming. Check your booking confirmation; viewing an available time does not reserve it.

To reschedule or cancel, use the options in your Square confirmation or contact the salon. Any applicable deposit, cancellation or no-show conditions must be disclosed during booking. These website terms do not introduce a cancellation fee or deadline. Please contact us if you will be late.

3. Prices, payments and concerns

Review the price and service details before confirming. Ask us to clarify any difference between a website price and the booking screen before proceeding. Any additional service or charge should be agreed with you before it is provided. Payment providers apply their own processing terms.

For billing questions, service concerns or refund requests, contact us with your appointment details so we can review them. Nothing here limits a refund or remedy required by law.

4. Service suitability

Threading, tinting, lamination and waxing are cosmetic services. Website information is general, not medical advice. Before treatment, tell your provider privately about relevant allergies, sensitivities, recent skin treatments or medications that could affect the service. Ask about patch testing and preparation when booking. We may recommend postponing or changing an unsuitable service.

Results and their duration vary with individual skin and hair characteristics, treatment and aftercare. Photos and descriptions do not guarantee a particular outcome.

5. Content and third-party services

Our branding, photographs, text and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Commercial reuse of protected content requires the rights holder's permission.

Square, Google, social media and other linked or embedded services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content or availability. Review their policies before submitting information.
